To submit your materials, please use this Google form. Additionally, ensure that a letter of recommendation is sent to Stacy Philpott ([email protected]) with “AES Graduate Fellowship 2025” in the subject line.
Application requirements
- Name of Applicant, Division, Department
- Title of Project (175 characters, including spaces)
- Non-technical summary (4000 characters, including spaces) – Clearly explain: (1) the issue and its significance, (2) your aims and objectives, and (3) how your activities will achieve the proposed outcomes outlined in your goal statement or objectives.
- Methodology (4000 characters, including spaces) – Outline how the project will be carried out, highlighting the general methods and any unique elements or notable deviations from standard practices.
- A 2-page CV
- A comprehensive budget and a 1-page justification
- A recommendation letter from your major advisor
Reporting requirements
By November 1, 2025, students are required to submit a brief description (2000 characters, including spaces) of the work completed with the research grant funds, an overview of the results achieved, and general insights into how the funds were utilized.
